AIM was created for use in my busy appraisal office. With record volume over the last few years, I needed a system that was simple to use, allowed for quick data entry, mobile-friendly, flexible, and powerful. AIM was born after struggling with complicated or partially functional online tools, limited mobile access with other spreadsheets, and numerous project management tools failing to meet our needs. AIM started as a simple log for our appraisal orders and rapidly grew into a complete appraisal office management tool. I am a full-time appraiser with a small staff that helps with many parts of the appraisal process, and AIM has become the centerpiece of our office management. With AIM, I can quickly see our exact volume, jobs in progress, the stage in the appraisal process for each order, track billings, manage messages, communicate with my team, and assign tasks. AIM has allowed me to eliminate multiple spreadsheets used to track my business, streamline my day-to-day operations, and get detailed insights into my business. 

I also need to give a special thanks to Amanda Aldridge, who started as a trainee with me and is now a licensed appraiser. She has been instrumental in feedback, suggestions, and encouragement in developing AIM.
